ORDERING & SHIPPING


When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of our staff receiving your order.  Look for an e-mail in your inbox.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

What are your shipping fees?

Shipping is FREE on orders over $100

For orders under $100 there will be a $9.99 for delivery in the continental United States and $19.99 for delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada.

When will it arrive?

Your order will arrive no later than nine business days after we have received it.  If you need your order to be expedited because of a birthday, holiday, etc. please e-mail help (at) salmoncove (dot) com and we will take care of it!

Who should I expect a package from?

We have partnered with the most trusted courier in the world FedEx to safely and securely deliver your Salmon Cove merchandise.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an e-mail with shipping information and a link to track your FedEx shipment.

Why did you call or e-mail me to verify my order?

For your own security and protection, if in the normal course of fraud control we find something suspicious regarding your order, we will call or e-mail you to verify your information.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Is ordering over the internet secure?

Yes.Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure that your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our ecommerce servers as well as your computer. SSL encryption works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from our computer transmission and our server, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid.

How do I change or cancel an order?

Currently we are unable to cancel orders over the internet for security purposes.Call us on 312-521-0318 or e-mail us on help (at) salmoncove (dot) com.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


What is eligible for return?

All returns or exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached.If the item was purchased for final sale we are unable to accept it.We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.  We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase and will grant merchandise credit up to 60 days after purchase.

What if I used a promotion code to make my purchase?

You can exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color.Or, you can apply a credit for the amount you paid towards a new item at its current price. A previously used promotion code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.

Where do I send returns?

Ship all returns to our office at 318 W. Grand Avenue - Suite 303 - Chicago,IL - 60654.  We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase and will grant merchandise credit up to 60 days after purchase.  E-mail us on returns (at) salmoncove (dot) com if you want to provide us with more information.

Do you pay for returns?

Yes, we will electronically send you a shipping label for your return.  The package will be delivered back to our office for processing and then you will be notified of your credit.  We do not accept COD.

I live outside the United States and would like to return my order?

We cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally.If you need to exchange an item, please return the item and place a new order for your desired product.

How long will the return process take?

Please allow 11 to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

I bought Salmon Cove merchandise from a store, where should I return it?

If you purchased from one of our retail partners, please return items to the store or contact the store directly for their return policy.Returns that are received by Salmon Cove that were not purchased from SalmonCove.com cannot be processed.

I received Salmon Cove as a gift, can I exchange my item(s)?

Gift recipients who return an item can exchange the item for any Salmon Cove merchandise of the same value or a credit towards a future purchase within one calendar year.

GIFT CERTIFICATES


Do you offer Gift Certificates?

Yes!Our electronic Gift Certificates are sent via e-mail to any individual with a valid e-mail address. The recipient of an electronic Gift Card will receive an e-mail with a Gift Card code redeemable at our online store.  We also offer a printable gift card that will have a unique code for redemption online.  Click here to order

I lost my gift certificate code?

E-mail us on help (at) salmoncove (dot) com and we will work on generating a new code for the recipient.

Do gift certificates expire?

For security reasons, Gift Certificates expire one year after they are issued.

I can’t find my size?  I can’t find the color or pattern I want?
